ECLIPSE Has First Record

The midnight previews haven't started for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse and it already has a record in the books. HR is reporting the third installment in Summit's franchise was booked in a record 4,416 theaters for its debut Wednesday. This means Iron Man 2 had the record for only two months after premiering on 4,380 theaters in May.
