Kanokon Price Cut

Media Blasters has sent out notice today that the original solicitation for Kanokon Vol. 1 was incorrect in its price of $29.99. The price should have been listed as $19.99, which is more in line with their other sub-only releases. Retailers will be updating their pricing in the next few days as the information makes its way out there.

4Kids Receives Delisting Warning

ICv2 is reporting that the New York Stock Exchange has sent notice to 4Kids (as well as Blockbuster) that the company may be delisted from the exchange due to low capitalization. The NYSE has pretty standard rules they adhere to with what's involved with delisting so after the recent conference call and news about the company, which was precipitated by their venture with the Chaotic property...

The winter 2010 season of new shows available on Crunchyroll has drawn to a close and we're taking a look at what came out and looking at them as a whole. This season was the first where we looked at all the new shows that started up on Crunchyroll (but not longer/currently running series as we didn't want to jump in the middle) and it's a very different experience from watching a show in the old 4-5 episode format or the newer 12/13 episode sets and full collections thereafter...
