Video: Water spouts form off Miami Beach Posted: 30 Aug 2011 08:28 AM PDT WFOR-TV's helicopter spotted two water spouts dipping down from banks of rain about five to six miles off Miami beach. Waterspouts look like tornadoes but they are generally much weaker, last for a short time, and unless they move over land, are only dangerous if they happen to pass over a boat. |
